Qualification:

• Responsible for coordinating all development related tasks of a software project
• First point of contact for developers to answer technical questions and implement technically complex components for the team
• Knowing several development methodologies to support the development team in all development phases
• Solid experience in Microsoft technologies
• Expert in Visual Studio, .NET and SQL Server
• Very good communication skills and ideally suited to drive small development teams of typically 5 to 10 persons
• Good analytical skills to understand the functional requirements of the project and translate them into technical designs

General Skills:

• Fluent in Dutch and a very good level of French or English
• Highly result orientated
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to confirm his/her knowledge by required certification
