As an IT developer, I try to keep up with the latest technologies and methodologies. A continuously aim to improve both my professional and social skills. At Euricom, I get the support from both management and my colleagues to keep this mindset. By the means of a knowledge base, technical evening sessions, bi-monthly events, the yearly .Net Cruise and the possibility to attend conferences like Microsoft Tech Days, everyone at Euricom has the ability to constantly grow as an IT professional and as a person.

For me, starting at Euricom has boosted my career in a few years. I got to implement middle to large-scale projects for Belgium’s top companies, as a developer at first, but later on asa lead developer and as an architect. And if there’s one thing I like, it’s making progress. A firm team of software architects, backed up by a management with proven experience in the field, makes me feel like part of a big family were everyone can learn from everyone.

I'm always in for a challenge. Finding simply the best solution for every problem that I encounter. Building up experience in very different environments, learning from others, working with the newest technologies. In all my previous jobs there was always something 'missing'. When I met a buddy and heard him talking about Euricom and the way they worked, it seemed the ultimate combination of the things I was always looking for! It really was, and so, so much more!

You genuinly have the feeling that you're working together with friends, without any distinction or rank. The door is always open to have a talk when there is something on your mind. Apart from that, there are the infamous 'Thunderdays' and other numerous social events where you can discuss everything amongst buddies. In the area of personal development you got access to anything you could ever dream of as a .netter.

Technical evening sessions with in and external speakers, (foreign) workshops, certifications, technical events, ... And offcourse there is the experience of my colleaguas where I can always rely on ! Personally, I haven't regretted my decision for a second and am truly proud to say I'm working for Euricom.I looked for a personal challenge, but I never expected what a rollercoaster ride this would be.
