The marketing department at De Post uses Microsoft CRM for marketing purposes. They will produce campaigns for customers of the bank of De Post, so people in the post offices will be able to contact the customers - either at the counter or by phone – to offer them new products/product information.
To make this possible, the CRM marketing module is adapted with custom modules + workflows and the counter application Post Station is also adapted, so customers information will be visible at the counter.
As the customers information and products come from several sources, multiple information import procedures are produced via scribe + custom .net tools.
The CRM user interface customizations exist from custom made ASP.NET pages + JavaScript form customizations + custom workflow assemblies.
De Post Station back-end communicates with custom made ASP.NET web services which form a facade for the CRM API.

SD Worx – Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customizations.

The sales organization at SD Worx is supported by the Microsoft CRM Sales module. Several custom made workflows have been produced that support the sales process, so the sales people can complete successfully an aimed sales route. The customers – and prospects portfolios, managed by the sales people, are being maintained by several information sources and are being kept up to date every night by a custom made data migration/import module.
Microsoft CRM is also used by the supporting services at SD Worx. There for the service management module from CRM is used. We have used custom made workflows + views on this module, which simplify the process of a case very much.
The customizations on CRM are a mixture of ASP.NET custom controls + pages, a server side framework that intervenes on the server side callouts of CRM, a workflow framework for the CRM workflow assemblies, a custom made data migration/import service which imports data from several sources at night to keep CRM up to date and a back end integration between CRM and the customers production system of SD Worx.

What is Xerius CRM? CRM stand for Customer Relationship Management, a support for a company’s sales activities translated to an IT-solution for the collection of commercial information regarding our clients. This allows us to share information, pass new leads, quote opportunities en translate to new clients in an easier way. It also allows us to map our communications better and especially to react faster in our fast evolving world.
With this project, Xerius wants to support the commercial functions of all Xerius services and coordinate the different IT-systems to enrich the customer’s picture as a result. The solution for the commercial people will be integrated in the Outlook environment, so that the transformations between the IT-systems will be transparent.
