• This role has more than 3 years professional experience with Microsoft technologies.
• This person is an expert in Visual Studio, .NET and SQL Server.
• Experienced in full life cycle of software development; requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation
• Understanding of object-oriented analysis and design techniques
• Familiarity with UML modelling
• A Senior has experience in multi-tier application development
• This person is a team player

 Euricom Lead Developer (ScrumMaster):

• This role is responsible for coordinating all development related tasks of a software project.
• This role is the first point of contact for developers to answer technical questions and implement technically complex components for the team.
• This role knows several development methodologies to support the development team in all development phases.
• This person has a solid experience in Microsoft technologies and has done several medium to large software projects on large customer accounts over the past 5 years.
• This person is an expert in Visual Studio, .NET and SQL Server.
• This person has very good communication skills and is ideally suited to drive small development teams of typically 5 to 10 persons.
• This role has good analytical skills to understand the functional requirements of the project and translate them into technical designs.
• All ScrumMasters at Euricom are certified. 

Euricom Architect:

• This role is responsible for defining together with the customer an efficient, performing, and stable architecture to satisfy the needs of the applications of the customer.
• This role knows several development methodologies to support the different phases in the development life cycle.
• This person is an expert in Microsoft technologies and has done several large software projects on large customer accounts over the past 5 or more years. His experience makes him a senior architect.
• This role has good analytical skills to understand the needs for a specific architecture.
• This person is a team player, and can take the lead on several topics.
• This person can train internal IT staff at the customer’s site. By using exercises the teacher will check the trainees if everything was well understood.
• This person has excellent presentation skills.  

Euricom Coach:

• Euricom .NET coaches help your staff to be productive from day one.
• Whether your staff programmed Cobol, Powerbuilder, SQL/Gupta, Access, Visual Basic 6 or any other language, the Euricom .NET Frameworks and coaches make the transition easy and possible on business critical projects.
• All Euricom coaches have at least 5 years professional experience with Microsoft development and more than 2 years experience with Visual Studio.NET.
• They help your internal developers with any .NET question, so that they focus less on the technical problems and more on the business requirements.
