AI-Empowered Analyst with a crystal-clear vision

That's why we're looking for passionate AI-Empowered Analysts who seamlessly bridge the gap between business and IT. You'll support our Software Developers at one of our many exciting clients and take ownership of the project's progress. With your proactive mindset and persuasive skills, you'll get people on board and make sure projects are successfully delivered. You'll safeguard quality, keep track of the development and testing of features, and guide key users through acceptance testing. On top of that, you'll take a leading role within your team in strengthening the use of AI and integrating it into everyday work.

Hard Skills

• You have at least 5 years of experience as an Analyst/Product Owner and prefer working in an Agile environment.
• You are familiar with various IT disciplines, allowing you to create strong analytical insights for specialists in their field.
• You always see the bigger picture and can map out stakeholder needs into clear business and functional requirements.
• AI has become an integral part of your analysis workflow. You use AI tools thoughtfully to enhance your analyses, refine requirements and gain insights more efficiently.
• You support and oversee the execution of acceptance tests to ensure quality.
• You have knowledge of UML, Business Process Modelling (BPMN), user stories and best practices.
• You speak and write Dutch fluently; English and French are a strong plus.
• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
