Kaspar Solutions
The client
Kaspar Solutions was founded in 2008 in Heist-op-den-Berg and has grown into a team of around 30 employees. They build software for case and file management in the legal sector, with a strong focus on judicial officers. Their platforms bring the parties involved together, from courts to clients and partner organisations, through webservices and web interfaces. In that context, security is non-negotiable.
Under the motto “Smart, Secure Services”, Kaspar Solutions offers clients a complete ICT service: from analysis, advice and design through to development, implementation, support and training.
The case
AI is changing the way software is built, and Kaspar Solutions has already been experimenting with it extensively. However, this was previously done on an ad hoc basis: everyone in their own way, with results that were difficult to compare and knowledge that was hard to share. The question was therefore no longer whether AI would have a place within the team, but how to approach it in a structural and controlled manner.
This challenge applied to both analysis & product ownership and development. On the analysis side, there was a need for more structure and version control in documentation so that it could become a reliable knowledge base for AI. At the same time, Kaspar Solutions wanted to support colleagues in a uniform way of working with AI. Within development, the team first wanted to build real experience with AI in the daily development process before rolling out the approach further.
The goal is clear: to build a way of working together that Kaspar Solutions can continue to use and refine in the long term. Euricom supports them in this with expertise, hands-on guidance, and knowledge transfer.
Our approach
Together with Kaspar Solutions, Euricom set up an AI-supported software development lifecycle around Claude Code. Two Euricom consultants are working within the team for this purpose, each with their own focus.
Analysis and product ownership. Together with the team, Kevin is restructuring and versioning documentation to make it effectively usable as a knowledge base for AI, without disrupting existing workflows. In addition, he mentors and trains colleagues in a uniform, controlled approach to AI usage and translates functional analyses into custom AI solutions.
Development. Matthias introduces and validates AI within the development process itself, in close consultation with the relevant team leads. The technical foundation for this: .NET Core, SQL, Angular, and Azure DevOps.
The rollout is deliberately phased. We validate within one team first before scaling up to the others. This keeps risk limited and provides time to build genuine internal experience, rather than just handing out a tool and hoping for the best.
At AI adoption projects Euricom always focuses on knowledge transfer. What the team continues to do independently after the project is more important than what happens with AI during the project itself.
The result
The collaboration began in July 2026 and is currently in the first phase: setting up the environment and training an initial group of developers and analysts. What is in place today:
- A functional Claude Code environment for the development team.
- An initial group of developers and analysts trained in a uniform, controlled way of working with AI.
- An initial foundation for documentation and knowledge management, serving as the basis for AI-assisted analysis.
Initial feedback from the team is positive, both regarding the approach and the way Kevin and Matthias are integrated into the team. With that confidence, Kaspar Solutions and Euricom are looking forward to the next step: an evaluation session, followed by the rollout to the other teams.
